Information you choose to share
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number if provided, project type, glass, thickness and hardware preferences, and project details. You may also choose to include a location, approximate dimensions or timing. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, identification numbers or other sensitive information.
When the form shows “Prepare email draft,” it prepares a copyable message on this page. Completing that draft does not send an inquiry to Meva Glass or save it in a website database. You may open the draft in your email application or copy it yourself. You must choose a recipient and send the email yourself. Your email provider handles that draft and transmission under its own policies. Selected photos are previewed locally on your device; the draft builder does not upload them or attach them to your email. You must attach them in your email app. Photo previews are released when you remove them or leave the page.
If direct delivery is enabled and the button shows “Send quote request,” pressing it sends your contact details, project information and selected photos to Meva Glass through our hosting provider and Resend email service. We use the information to respond to your inquiry. The website does not store a separate copy in a database. Email records and attachments may be retained by our email providers and in our business correspondence. See Resend’s privacy policy.
How we use inquiries
When you send us information, we use it to respond, discuss glass and hardware options, prepare estimates, coordinate measurements and installation, and manage related customer service and project records.
Website connections and technical information
Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and secure the website. Platform sign-in may also involve cookies or similar technologies when access is restricted.
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which makes a connection to Google and can disclose technical request information, including your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The website currently has no Meva Glass-installed advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not save your name, email, phone or quote message in browser storage. The shower selector temporarily saves your design preferences and layout notes in session storage in the current browser tab, so they can carry into the quote form. Closing the tab clears that browser session storage.
Sharing information
Information needed to handle an inquiry or carry out a project may be shared with service providers and people involved in that work, such as email providers, installers or suppliers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security issues or legal claims. This website does not include a feature that sells your form information or sends it to advertising networks.
Retention and security
Sent inquiries and project correspondence may remain in our email and business records for customer service, project administration, accounting and legal needs. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable requirements. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; avoid sending sensitive information through this form or ordinary email.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing the quote form and decide what to include in an inquiry. You can ask us to correct or delete information you have sent, or raise a privacy question, by replying to existing Meva Glass correspondence or contacting us through our Angi business profile. Please identify your request as a privacy inquiry.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or legal obligations. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live and the laws that cover the information.
Reviews and external websites
We display selected excerpts of public customer reviews with the names and dates shown on Angi. Links to Angi and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Visiting this website does not automatically submit a review or inquiry to those services.
Children
This website is intended for people seeking residential or commercial glass services, not for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
